Peggy Franck is the founder of the North America Country Music Associations, International. It all started with a dream and a dance hall. In the early 90s, Mrs. Franck and her husband owned and operated a dance hall in Pigeon Forge, TN. Peggy's very musical family and her background in management compelled her to manage two country young bands. A very tenacious woman, Peggy wondered what she could do to help young artists gain exposure on a stage that would provide them with education, networking opportunities, and exposure to the professional world of country music. That's where this all began. Her dream. Her vision. With determination, drive, and support of influencers in the music industry, Mrs. Franck established the organization which has gained national and international respect and notoriety. Mrs. Franck is the backbone of the association and through her leadership, NACMAI has become one of the industry's most notable starting points for artists and songwriters to hone their craft.
Leads the Hall of Fame selection committee and ensures that new behind the scenes trends, proposals and initiatives are reviewed and monitored while maintaining a professional presence in the world of music.
In addition to serving as the CEO of the North America Country Music Associations, International (NACMAI) Hall of Fame, Brian leads the East Tennessee Concerts and has recently announced his record label, Wildhorse Records. He is a proud member of the CMA, GMA, ACM, IBMA, and IEBA, and was featured in Cross Country USA Magazine and Marquis Who's Who in America. Recognized for his outstanding work in music promotion, Brian was also voted by Christian Voice Magazine as the 2025 Promoter of the Year.
Serves as NACMAI Executive Director, working with chapters, judges, and year-round operations alongside the founder and Hall of Fame leadership.
Ken Reynolds is NACMAI's Executive Director. He founded the Kentucky Country Music Association in 2002 after talking with Peggy Franck, and KCMA remains a NACMAI chapter. He has publicly thanked NACMAI judges and volunteers for their work at Country Music Week.
